Everybody has a time in their life where they need a helping hand. Maybe they are learning a new skill and need help from someone with experience. Maybe they are sad and need a friend to brighten their day. Sometimes the person we are helping is a friend. Sometimes the person is someone we don't know on the other side of the world. Some people call helping others "Paying it Forward." This means that they help others because they know that someday they will probably need help, too and they hope someone is there to help them. Others help people because it makes them feel good inside and they know it is how God would want us to treat people.
