It is very easy to focus on the negative things that are happening in our lives, but today we are going to turn that around and look at our glasses half full instead of half empty.
For your assignment, think about 1 thing that made you happy over the past week.

One thing that made me happy yesterday was that there was no school. And that mom worked in the Childcare area and I got the day all to myself (alone). Also that mom took me to Subway for lunch, it tasted good!

DeleteWe did fun stuff at home. We played games and went outside. My sister and I built a fort on the ice. We walked on the ice with my dad, my mom, my sister, my dog and me. This made me happy because we had a day off.

DeleteOver the past week we had a five day weekend because of a snow day and mid winter break!!! On Sunday I went ice skating and I had loads of fun and hope to skate again!!!!

DeleteI can relate to this because it sounds like you had loads of fun!!! Even though Matthew Devine is my friend, I usually go to his grandparents house for a play date. But only about 15% of the time, (sometimes we don't even get along).

DeleteSomething that makes me happy is snow days. The reason I like snow days is because there is no school and I get to sleep in. Also on snow days you can have friends over all day. That is what makes me happy and why it makes me happy.

DeleteOver the past week I did a lot of fun things which combined made me happy but alone would too, mostly. The reason I say mostly is because they all happened so quickly but I enjoyed them while I could. Some of the activities included a water park trip, a b-day party, and getting a tablet. It was a pretty fun weekend!!!
